A Cake for a Coffee Lover
I was very happy to make this cake for a fellow coffee lover. It combined two of my great pleasures in life coffee and cake. I enjoy the simple things in life, for example snuggling on the couch nursing a coffee eating a piece of cake whilst balancing my book,{ no mean feat I assure you however I've had a life time of practice and I have to say I'm pretty good at it } however if I can't do that what's the next best thing you ask? Why making a cake for someone who appreciates the fine experience of a good coffee.
I used my husband's Mokka coffee pot as a starting point for some inspiration hope you enjoy. Oh and by the way I'm enjoying a coffee whilst I write this.

Need A Smaller Wedding Cake
Following up to my previous post about what to do for a smaller wedding, simple just lose a tier and have same design only with a two tier cake. Perched on top of a stylish cake stand you still achieve a beautiful effect with just the right amount of portions per guests. A few cupcakes served along side for good measure also looks very pretty. If you have any guests who require gluten free I make a sublime choc cupcake that would be perfect. Enjoy the pics. Tammy x

Wedding Cake with Flowers
This is a 3 tier wedding cake with my favourite sugar flowers on top. A cake this size would serve 100 - 120 guests and flowers can be customised to suit your bouquet. Need a smaller cake for fewer guests? Come back tomorrow and I'll show you how to accommodate this and still achieve that stylish luxe effect.

Eiffel Tower Cookies
I had a day this week when I went cookie mad. My Eiffel Tower cutters have been sitting in a box for a while now so it was fun to finally make some. My sugar Peony makes another show. Can you tell that I really really like Peonies. Enjoy the weekend.x
