I still have a back log of pictures to share with you but in the mean time here is some food or sweets for thought.
I don't know about you but for me time always seems to accelerate at this time of the year. So much to do,parties, people to catch up with. For us in the southern hemisphere it is also the start of summer, end of the school year so a time of beginnings and endings.
It also happens to be one of my favourite times of the year. So to start off the celebrations here is a sample of some of the Christmas goodies I will be making. Fruit mince pies, Christmas fruit cakes, shortbread and chocolate ginger cupcakes of course.
