Some pictures of a 10" square cake to celebrate Nicola's twenty first birthday. Underneath that present exterior lurks a yellow sponge cake lightly infused with a lemon syrup and filled with a rich butter cream. I hope the birthday celebrations all went well. Happy Birthday Nicola x
