These decadent chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream were made for a delightful young lady's birthday. You guessed it she likes blue elephants... so this is what I came up with and I think they have just the right amount of cuteness. Hope a great birthday was enjoyed by all.

what are the elephants made out of? fondant? im thinking to make something like these for my baby shower

ReplyDeleteThe elephants were made out of fondant with some added tylose powder to strengthen them. I let them dry for a few days and then added some dots with royal icing. Good luck with your baby shower I'd love to see some photos of your cakes. Thanks for dropping by. Tammy
